The structure of training and paid admission
You can see five groups directly for the support of a paid one budgetary receptionist students.
Persha group, the largest number (28 straight out of 66) - the fee is insignificant, less than 10% of the budget. In that number, up to the third group, there are six directly out of ten, which may be the most budgetary method: “ silsk state”, “Transport”, “energy”, “mathematics”, “electronics” and “ecology”. Those who, on these routes, are practically daily paid students, represent us in front of the traditional “re-education” of personnel in budgetary areas.
Druga group- Paid admission є, but small: from 10 to 35% of the budget. There are 11 of 66 such directives, the largest being “pedagogy” and “everyday life”. As a rule, entrants directly look at their prospects for the future practice as a good thing, don’t risk it for a swedish career.
Third group- Paid reception in the amount of 36 to 80% of the budget, approximately covers a part of the paid reception in the system of general education in general. It can be said that it is optimal to do this: paid students bring VNZ an additional additional income, while VNZ cannot be deposited, and it is possible, apparently, to carry out the policy of controlling the quality. The group includes 13 directly, the largest is “health protection”, where 17 thousand payers fell on 25 thousand budget first-year students. Applicants, insured on the lighting programs directly, may turn out to be successful and achieve high income from the future.
Fourth group- Paid reception to become from 81 to 150% of the budget. Paid enrollment for higher education institutions of the group may be just as important as it is on the budget, but the rest is overlaid with the “supporting line” in the economics of the university and the formation of the yogo personnel policy (absolutely more enrollments are at budgetary rates and it’s less to take additional payments for the payroll). There are five such direct ones: “design”, “business informatics” and “service industry”, as well as “visiting on the right” and “theory of sciences”, which may be a small recruitment.

Here, as a rule, there is a different economy: part of the applicants is framed at sub-budgetary rates, and paid students determine the quality of the audience. VNZ zmusheny orient itself on paying students in its own politics. Among the largest direct groups are "economy", "jurisprudence", "management", "linguistics and foreign language", "power and municipal administration", "advertising" and "international media".

It can be argued that the overlap of the largest budgetary directives and the overlap of the largest paid directives overlap in only two ways: from “health care” and “pedagogy”. This is the result of the fact that the Ministry of Education and Science for the rest of the year 1.5-2 times hastened the budgetary intake by the three most popular paid groups - "economy", "jurisprudence" and "management". Shortness of time reflects the policy of vitiating the door of the weak lighting programs, which are implemented by non-core universities, which do not have enough human resources Rest hour launching special programs.
Traditionally, a paid reception is carried out on the basis of social, economic and humanitarian directives, as well as medical. While the structure of the budgetary reception stink takes 27%, then the structure of the paid one - about 87%. The natural sciences (directly classical universities) borrow close to 14% from the budgetary reception, while the fee-paying recruitment partly outweighs 2%. Before technical sciences and technologies fall over 40% of the budget set and less than 10% of the paid one. The balance between budgetary and paid reception - 2015
Traditionally, paid education is chosen by weak students, and here the threshold is set - what not to set - the universities themselves.
More than half of the “three students” (average score ЄДІ lower than 56) scored 150 points out of 412 in 2015, which increased to the rating (36%). This is a significant improvement in the situation - last year there were 198, maybe half (48%).
